Physicians for Human Rights is developing an app known as MediCapt to aid clinicians in the provision of medical care to survivors of sexual violence in conflict zones. The app will also document the injuries of survivors and is expected to preserve forensic evidence that can help survivors seek justice. Karen Naimer, Director of the Program on Sexual Violence in Conflict Zones at Physicians for Human Rights, shares more light on the app.
